Product description of our BD707K fast curing wearing epoxy compound:
BD707K fast curing small ceramic particle filled wear resistant coating is the high performance abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant
polymerization ceramic materials which compounded by high performance wear resistant ceramic particles and modified toughening
heat resistant resin.It’s widely used in repairing of various wear-out parts and preparation of wear resistant,corrosion resistant coatings 
on the surface of various machine parts which have abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant requirements.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on,the surface
after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be
no greasy dirt and dust.
 
2.Preparation:According to weight ratio or volume ratio A:B=4:1,make A and B two components mix uniformly,and use it up within 20 min.
Generally it is while construction and preparation.Every time the largest preparation quantity is not more than 1 Kg,too much adhesive is
solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has  solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,configuration
can be appropriately a little more in winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,you can properly heat up the A component to
reduce viscosity for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD707K is about 3-8mm,the largest thickness can be 30mm.Make the mixed materials be 
coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer, the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the
surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size.If the surface has high requirements,you can use BD426 corrosion
resistant repair agent to be coating on the surface as the topcoat,this material can’t do machining,so you should pay attention to
controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
 
Curing: It can be put into using after curing for 2 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,(If you can heat it up to the temperature of 60-80 
degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,in this way,it can improve 30% comprehensive performance) If the temperature is below 10 degree,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.General construction in winter,you can use iodine tungsten lamp to
do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating.
 
Packaging specification;
10 Kgs/group(set),packed in a plastic drum. Two components,A component: 8Kg/drum, B component: 2Kg/drum.
 
Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 1 year. Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as
a non-dangerous product during transportation.
